This stage through the Elfringhausen Switzerland region is challenging, with its climbs and steep hills. Along the way, two stream valleys cut deep into the landscape. The Deilbach Valley, with its impressively curving river course, offers numerous photo opportunities. The border between Rhineland and Westphalia runs here. The trail then leads into the Felderbach Valley, whose biotope provides a habitat for rare animals such as the fire salamander and the kingfisher. The stage, characterized by numerous hills with many beautiful views, finally ends at Velbert-Nierenhof train station.
