The Forest Museum, which belongs to the UBZ, is located in the middle of the Vogelsangbachtal nature reserve. The UBZ offers a visit to the natural history collection with bird and animal exhibits and forest tours.

Arrival & Parking
The environmental education center is located in the area of the Museum Abtsküche. By car, drive north from Heiligenhaus onto Abtskuecker Straße. There you can use one of the parking spaces at the Museum Abtsküche, the Abtsküche hiking car park or the Abtskücher Teich car park. From there walk to the environmental education center or to the Bürgerwald.
With the bus lines 772 or 774 from or to Heiligenhaus. Get off at the Abtsküche stop. From there it can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
