Solingen Bird and Animal Park

Zoo/Animal Park
For over 80 years, visitors of all ages have been able to observe native and exotic animal species on the edge of the Ohligser Heide.

The Solingen Bird and Animal Park is a destination in the Bergisches Städtedreieck that delights young and old alike. With over 300 animal species, the lovingly designed park is home to many exotic birds and native animals.

Families appreciate the playground and the adjacent seating areas, which invite you to take long breaks. A small restaurant on site provides snacks and refreshments for the physical well-being of guests. Numerous parking spaces make it easy to get there.

our recommendation

Wide heathland in the Ohligser Heide, surrounded by birch trees and forest on the horizon under a blue sky.
