Quellenhang in the Lintorfer Mark

Nature reserve/natural monument
protected source area

The nature reserve "Quellenhang in der Lintorfer Mark" is characterized by old oak and red beech forests, which are located in the southern area and have a well-developed shrub and herb layer. Within the forest there are small bodies of water and temporary streams and ditches. Near the A3 motorway, which divides the nature reserve into two parts, there is a body of water with silting vegetation, surrounded by black alder and birch swamp forest. Several paths lead through the area, the condition of the paths depends heavily on the weather and rainfall. Always wear good, waterproof hiking boots.
