The Menzelsee is located next to Unterbach See and Elbsee in Düsseldorf city area on the border with Hilden.

It is a local recreation area known for its undisturbed nature. Located in a quiet environment, Lake Menzel offers both locals and visitors the opportunity to experience the region's diverse flora and fauna up close.

As an attraction for nature lovers, the lake is particularly suitable for relaxing walks and quiet observation of the surroundings.

When walking around the lake, you have the opportunity to climb a viewing platform. Here you can enjoy a beautiful panorama of the Menzelsee and Elbsee. There is also a fishing club at the Menzelsee.
