Cult coffee roasting
Uwe and Alexandra Liebergall have been roasting specialty coffee at their cult coffee roastery since 2005. Their single-origin farm coffee is sourced as directly and sustainably as possible from fairly paid producers. For every kilogram of their two Neanderthal coffee varieties sold, €1 is donated to the Neanderthal Museum.
