Herminghauspark

Herminghauspark in Velbert is a popular destination for families, nature lovers, and recreational athletes. Located directly on the PanoramaRadweg Niederbergbahn cycle path, the spacious park offers a variety of play and leisure activities, as well as a circular hiking trail, inviting visitors to explore and linger.

Bicycle parking is available at the Cranachstraße and Am Diek entrances. There are also two publicly accessible, barrier-free restrooms in the park.

A particular highlight is the animal enclosure with various breeds of domestic and farm animals. In the adjacent petting zoo, visitors of all ages can get up close to the animals. Please note that the petting zoo's opening hours differ from the park's opening hours.
