Good Schobbenhaus
The farm was first mentioned in 1422 as "Johann Schobben's estate." Since the late 1960s, several varieties of homemade sausage have been produced at Gut Schobbenhaus, and free-range geese have been slaughtered to order, true to the philosophy of producing "products that are connected to the farm" of the highest quality.
