The picturesque building below the Brucher Mill is located in Haan's Ittertal valley, directly on the border with Solingen-Ohligs. This historic cottage is typical of the Ittertal valley. Cutlery was still being worked here until 1959, before the cottage was abandoned for years. Today, the building has been restored and serves as a residential building, but remains a monument to the city of Haan.
