Barbecue course at Road Stop Mettmann
Discover unusual recipes, special grilling methods and the latest grilling technology and become a grilling expert yourself with the help of the grill masters. Preparation on the Weber Mountain Cooker (wood), Weber kettle grill (charcoal) and Napoleon grill (gas). Conjure up the finest, most creative and unusual grilled specialties together with the chef.
Five-course menu including all accompanying drinks - various bottled and draft beers, soft drinks, white and red wine, sparkling wine, hot drinks, nightcap.
Participation in the barbecue course includes all food, drinks, training from the BBQ ambassador and all ticket fees. Rental aprons are provided.
Barbecue course duration from 12 noon to 16 pm.

Take the S28 to Mettmann Stadtwald. Change to bus line O11 in the direction of Mettmann Hasselbeckstraße and get off at the Mettmann Peckh./Kreispolizei stop. Continue on foot for approx. 800 m Auf dem Hüls, follow Marie-Curie-Strasse south. The Neandertal Road Stop and car park is on the right.
