Farm exploration and adventure hike for primary school/kindergarten children
A day full of nature, animals and exercise: During the farm exploration with adventure hike, primary school children and kindergarten children discover the neanderland with all senses. The focus is on shared experiences, play, and learning in nature – child-friendly and practical.
The children begin by exploring a farm in the Windrath Valley. During a guided tour of the farmyard, stables, and garden, they meet farm animals such as cows, calves, pigs, and chickens. They learn how an organic farm works, sample fresh herbs and vegetables, and hear exciting stories from everyday farm life. Afterwards, the hike continues on foot: The adventure hike leads through the idyllic Windrath Valley. Fun and games provide variety along the way. Breakfast and drink breaks are scheduled. A group picnic – at the Windrath Chapel or in a meadow, depending on the route – rounds out the experience (please bring your own food).
Additionally, class project weeks (Monday to Friday) can be requested. The content and schedule can be customized to your individual needs.
Inquiries are generally possible for all age groups, whether it is a children's birthday party or a group of adults interested in nature.

Farm tour including guided tour: 8 € per child including milk and/or vegetables/herbs to taste
Kindergarten group: 10 - 15 children, 2-3 educators (free of charge)
Primary school class: 1 class (approx. 25 children), 2-3 teachers (free of charge)
In case of short-term cancellation (14 days before the appointment) a flat rate of €50,00 will be charged.
