Laughter tour
The laughter tour leads the group through easy terrain. Only short distances are covered. The tour combines nature, breathing exercises, and playful activities to promote a sense of lightness. The group sets the pace. Depending on the number of participants, the tour lasts approximately 60 to 80 minutes. Along the way, short exercises are incorporated to awaken energy, clear the mind, and create a positive atmosphere.
