Düsseltal cultural landscape

Hike
The tour starts at Gruiten train station and leads through the Neander Valley to the Neander Valley Museum. The path passes old farmhouses. Remnants of former limestone quarries and meadow irrigation systems can be discovered along the way. The individual stops along the route illustrate different uses of the landscape. Historical traces, nature, and rural structures form the thematic framework of this hike.
