On our creative activity days, you design your own portrait: Using acrylic paints, you mix your very own skin tone and paint eyes, nose, mouth and hair – everything that makes you unique.
You can take your finished picture home with you or become part of a large collaborative artwork that will be created during the event days at the museum.
The idea is inspired by the international art project “Humanae” by the artist Angélica Dass, which celebrates the diversity of human skin tones and encourages reflection on identity, migration and coexistence.
